Roads Issues and the Social License to Operate

Abstract Because it is agreed that the transport system needs support and engagement of public in its development implementation, we explored concept “social license to operate road system” (SLORS) show how can assist policy network implementation. We looked at 18 issues identified their placement a SLORS framework. The were categorized into 5 zones: User Advocacy Zone, Support Equilibrium Tolerance Zone Opposition Zone. relevant zone provides information makers on public’s view policy.
